These changes are guided by effective tools found in our scriptures.
Most of the stress today is due to solitary life style. Vedic lifestyle promotes group actions like group eating, singing, travelling, discussion etc. This provides exposure to multifold thoughts and feelings which helps us to find solutions to our problems by our own. NKD community is one such community which is based on Vedic principles.

We conduct sessions for corporates and youths as well where most of these cases are found. We have many case studies where people have stopped taking depression medicines and suicidal thoughts and are leading happy and fulfilling life
